How do I get my own custom piece?

If you are wanting a particular color, cut or item of ours, please send us an email. We also have full custom design available in house allowing us to make something as unique as you.


What do I do if my piece breaks??

Ahh!! What happened? Please contact us with details through email, we want to fix it for you!

If the repair is shown to have tampering or misuse there will be fees for repair or replacement. Any body jewelry being returned for repair or replacement must be properly processed and arrive sterilized in a sealed pouch.

Thank you for understanding we do not cover shipping for getting it to us. Know not all repairs will result in any repair charge!


There is a mistake!?

They happen. We aren’t perfect and sometimes mistakes occur. If we have sent you a wrong item contact us within 14 days of receiving shipment at LocalNativesJewelry@gmail.com. We will reach out as soon as possible to remedy the situation.


How will my items get to me?

Items are typically shipped via USPS or FedEx International with tracking provided. Insurance for shipping is included to ensure your pieces arrive safely.

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any body jewelry, new or worn. All Custom Pieces are final sale.
